Tui's Fun Signature Dear Valued Tui’s Place Guest, IMPORTANT ADVICE ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION © 1997-2011 Tui’s Place Guest House, Bar & Restaurant Once you have made your Online Reservation to stay at  our Guest House RIGHT-ON Jomtien Beach by completing  this Form and clicking the “Submit” button, you should  receive; almost immediately in fact, an automated  response acknowledging that we have received your  Reservation. If you do not receive our “automated  response” within a couple of minutes, may we  respectfully ask that you please check your internet mail  client’s ‘Spam’ and/or ‘Trash’ folder(s), to ascertain  whether or not in fact our automated email hasn’t  inadvertently ended-up there? Assuming therefore you DID received our automated  response in your Internet mail client’s ‘In-Box’, you will  receive a further response; within 24-hours from  receiving our first, correspondence - although this time, a  real human (ME IN FACT!) will write and contact you to  personally advise whether or not your requested  Reservation could in fact actually, be confirmed.  If it IS confirmed, I will send you an 8-digit  Alpha/Numeric Reservation Number, which means that  the room or rooms you had requested have indeed been  successfully Reserved for you.  If I CANNOT confirm your  Reservation though, I will try my hardest to fulfill your  request by giving you the current inventory of our rooms  during the specific time you will actually be in Pattaya  and so hopefully, you and I will find a  workable solution  which will make you very happy.  Once I have personally confirmed your Reservation then  and subsequently received back your acknowledgement  email, relating to your Reservation’s confirmation; that’s  pretty much the entire “Process”. Obviously, being a  much welcomed Guest please do not EVER hesitate to  contact Tui’s Place should a question (or many questions)  crop-up and/or you seek more detailed advice concerning  Jomtien or Pattaya prior to your stay. Just know, it will  be MY VERY GREAT HONOUR to assist you in any way I  can, to ensure your trip to Thailand is a great success.  The only occasion then that we would NEED you to  CONTACT US please, is if something ‘untoward’ happens  with your circumstances, which could mean either  postponing your trip to Thailand or canceling it  altogether. In such circumstances all I ask please is that  you very kindly inform me of any potentially adverse  situations, at your earliest opportunity and then I will  personally respond and either amend your  accommodation dates or issue you a Cancellation Code.  If 24-hours should pass and you do not receive any  response from me please; may I most respectfully ask  that you PLEASE TRY AGAIN and/or use our Instant  Message Service or Skype. In such circumstances - there  will neither be any fees nor charges for giving Tui’s Place  the respect of notifying us of your necessary changes. If however you simply do not show-up on the date of  your confirmed Reservation and there has been no prior  communication from you either, to that affect, we  reserve the right to request that you settle your Room  Account in full, for an amount up to equal the entire  period of your Reservation.  If you contact us after the  fact and advise us prior notice was given, I will request  from you the cancellation code which I personally give  all Guests who; most respectfully and very kindly, follow  our very simple Postponement/Cancellation Procedure,  laid-out in the preceding paragraph (which is directly  above). Unfortunately ‘No-Shows’ (our Service Industry’s name  for callous people who act in such a way) are the  scourge of the Travel Industry which, besides the anti-  social nature of basically showing one’s contempt for a  small business that has always acted professionally and  with courtesy, can and regularly does lead to small  business insolvency. By adopting a policy of mutual  respect therefore, we hope you will find your reciprocal  respect and kindness towards my humble, friendly guest  house on Jomtien Beach, returned to you - at least a  thousand fold (and more).  For what it’s worth, that is  my wish for people who have a good heart and respect  for others. Finally, unlike I think all the other Guest Houses or  Bed and Breakfasts in Thailand, if you do fail to arrive  on your pre-existing Reservation date (having of  course forgotten to notify us beforehand), any  payment made by you to compensate us for our losses,  will in fact be held in escrow for you, for a period of at  least one year, in order to hopefully permit you to  come out and enjoy the vacation you never had at  Tui’s Place and of course, the fun and the 325-days (on  average at least) of sun Jomtien Beach in Pattaya  usually receives each year.  Thank you,
